ABOUT NICHOLAS

Nicholas Tam is International Spokesman and a Life Member of the Australian Monarchist League. Originally from Gippsland, Victoria and now based in Hong Kong, Nicholas graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong. He is an international commercial lawyer qualified to practise in Australia, Hong Kong, and Kazakhstan with a particular interest in arbitration, insolvency, maritime, and trade law who has written leading textbooks on many of those topics. He also served as a researcher for US Senator Mike Crāpo in Washington DC.

Nicholas believes that the Australian Crown is our oldest, most successful, and important institution that underpins our democratic liberties and unifies our nation.

He is also a contributor to the Financial Review and other news media.
