A passionate advocate for constitutional monarchy, Alexander has been an active member of the Australian Monarchist League since 2021. His music has been performed and supported by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Opera Queensland, Camerata – Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra, Australian National Academy of Music, Flinders Quartet, Australian Youth Orchestra, Queensland Youth Orchestras, and others. He holds a Bachelor of Music (Hons I) and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Queensland, and has written articles for Limelight Magazine, Quadrant and 4MBS Classic FM 103.7. His music is published by the Australian Music Centre. In both 2018 and 2020, Alexander reached the semi-finals of the Bartók World Composition Competition.
